2023년도 동계 학위복 대여 사업을 다음과 같이 실시하오니 대상 학우분들께서는 일정에 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 학위복 대여 안내
- 사업 대상
2023년도 2월 학위 수여자, 2022년도 2월, 8월 학위 수여자 중 학위복 미대여자
※ 본 학위복 대여 사업에서는 학사 및 석사 학위복만 대여 가능합니다.
※ 재학생, 수료생은 대여가 불가능합니다.
- 사업 일정
대여 기간: 2023. 02. 10. (금) – 2023. 02. 20. (월)
                    매일 9:00 - 17:00 (점심시간 포함)
반납 규정: 당일 대여 당일 반납 (당일 18:00까지 미반납 시 연체료 발생)
※ 연체료 안내 페이지를 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

인문사회과학캠퍼스: 국제관 1층 라운지
자연과학캠퍼스: 학생회관 1층 소강당
- 준비물
대여자 본인 신분증(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 외국인등록증, 여권 등), 마스크, 학위복 수령용 가방
※ 본교 학생증은 대여자 신분 보증 목적으로의 제출이 불가합니다.
※ 신분증은 반납 전까지 보관됩니다.

2. 학위복 대여 신청 안내
- 신청 일정
2023. 01. 28. (토) ~ 2023. 02. 09. (목)
- 신청 방법
1) GLS PC 버전 접속
2) [신청/자격관리] → [금학기 졸업자 학위복 대여 신청] 클릭
3) 최초 방문 예정 일자, 방문 캠퍼스, 환불 계좌 정보 입력 및 신청
4) 가상 계좌 발급 이후 대여료 5,000원 입금
※ 기졸업생의 경우 사전 신청이 아닌 현장 접수를 통해 대여를 도와드릴 예정입니다.

- 대여료: 5,000원
※ 대여 신청 시 가상 계좌를 발급해 드리며, 현금 수납은 불가합니다.
※ 대여료를 지불하셨지만 대여하지 않으신 경우, 추후 일괄적으로 환불해 드릴 예정입니다.

3. 학위복 중복 대여 안내
- 학위복 대여에는 횟수 제한이 없으나, 1회당 1벌만 대여 가능합니다.
- 학위복 지각 반납 또는 미반납 시 사업 기간 내 중복 대여가 불가합니다.
- 대여료는 학위복 최초 대여 시에만 납부하시면 됩니다.최초 대여 이후 중복 대여 시 별도의 조치 없이 현장에 방문하시면 대여가 가능합니다.
※ 최초 대여 시에는 세탁된 학위복을 대여해 드리지만,
  중복 대여부터는 반납된 학위복을 재사용하여 대여해 드립니다.

4. 연체료 안내
- 학위복은 대여 횟수와 관계없이 대여 당일 18:00까지 반드시 반납해 주셔야 합니다.
- 대여 당일 18:00 이후 반납하시는 경우 연체료가 발생하며, 이후 중복 대여가 불가합니다.
- 연체료
대여 당일 지각: 5,000원
(1일 이상 미반납 시 1일당 10,000원의 연체료 부과)
ex) 대여 당일 18:01~18:20 반납: 5,000원
      대여 다음날 반납: 10,000원

5. 주차 안내
- 학위복 대여자에 한하여 주차 요금 할인을 도와드릴 예정입니다.
- 주차 요금
인문사회과학캠퍼스: 4시간 3,000원
자연과학캠퍼스: 4시간 2,000원
- 주차 요금 정산 절차: 기본 카메라 앱으로 QR코드 스캔 → 차량 번호 4자리 입력 후 차량 선택 → 주차 요금 확인 후 모바일 결제 → 모바일 결제 완료 후 출차
※ QR코드는 대여 현장에서 제공됩니다.
※ 주차 정산 후 30분 초과하여 출차 시 추가 요금이 부과됩니다.
※ 인문사회과학캠퍼스의 경우 주차 공간이 협소하여 혼잡이 예상되오니 가급적 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

7. 기타 안내
- 본 학위복 대여 사업에서는 성균관대학교 전통 학위복만을 대여해 드립니다.
- 학위복 대리 수령의 경우, 대리인은 대여자의 신분증 및 학번과 학과 정보가 필요합니다.
- 학위복 대여 사업 기간 동안 포토월 및 등신대가 설치됩니다.
- 학위복 대여 신청은 선착순 신청이 아닌 점 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 학위복 및 부속품 분실 및 손상 혹은 관련 사항 발생 시, 대여자에게 해당 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다.

[Announcement Regarding the Graduation Gowns Rental for 2023 Winter]

The 2023 winter graduation gown rental for the graduating students will proceed as follow; please read the following announcement.

1. Rental Information
- Eligibility
February 2023 graduates, February and August 2022 graduates who did not rent
※ Only bachelor’s and master’s gowns are available for the rental.
※ Only the students who have received a degree can rent the gowns.
- Rental Schedule
Duration: February 10th, 2023 (Fri) – February 20th, 2023 (Mon) every day from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. (including lunch time break)
Return Policy: Until 6 P.M. of the day of rental (late fee will be charged when returned later than 6 P.M.)

- Rental Location
Humanities and Social Sciences Campus: International Hall 1F Lounge
Natural Sciences Campus: Student Center 1F Small Auditorium
- Materials Required
ID (Registration card, driver’s license, alien registration card, passport, etc.), mask, bag for the gown
※ Student ID card is not accepted as deposit.
※ The ID will be kept until the gown is returned.

2. Application Guide for Graduation Gowns Rental
- Application Period:
January 28th, 2023 (Sat) – February 9th, 2023 (Thurs)
- Application Process
1) Access GLS through PC
2) Click [Application/Graduation Requirements (신청/자격관리)] → Enter [금학기졸업자학위복대여신청]
3) Enter visiting date, campus, and refund account information and press apply
4) Pay 5,000 won to the virtual account
※ For the class of 2022, please visit without any prior registration and register on site on the date of the rental.

- Rental Fee: 5,000 won
※ Virtual account will be issued for the payment when the rental request is successfully submitted. Cash payment is not accepted.
※ The rental fee will be refunded if the gown is not rented after the payment.

3. Multiple Times Rental Policy
- There is no limit on the number of times to rent the gowns, but only one gown can be rented at a time.
- Multiple times rental will be unavailable if the gown is not returned or returned late.
- The rental fee is only required for the first rental.
- There is no prior registration required for the multiple times rental. Please visit the campus on the day of the rental.
※ Washed gowns will be provided in the primary rental, and used(returned) gowns will be lent for the multiple times rental.

4. Information on Late Fees
- Regardless of the number of rental times, gowns must be returned by 6 P.M. on the day of rental.
- Late fees will be charged, and further gown rental will be prohibited if gowns are returned after 6 P.M. on the day of rental.
- Late Fee
Late on the day of rental: 5,000 won
(10,000 won will be charged additionally for each day of overdue payment.)
ex) Returned at 6:01 P.M. ~ 6:20 P.M. on the day of rental: 5,000 won
Returned one day after rental: 10,000 won

5. Parking Information
- Parking fee discounts will be provided for those who have rented graduation gowns.
- Parking Fee
Humanities and Social Sciences Campus: 3,000 won for 4 hours
Natural Sciences Campus: 2,000 won for 4 hours
- Parking fee payment process: Scan the provided QR Code with camera → Enter the vehicle number, and select the vehicle → Mobile payment after checking the parking fee → Exit after payment
※ QR Codes will be provided at the rental site.
※ Additional fee will be charged for any vehicle staying in the campus more than 30 minutes after the payment.
※ In the case of the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus, congestion is expected due to the limited parking space, so please use public transportation as much as possible.

7. Further Announcement
- Only traditional graduation gowns are available for rent.
- In the case of getting the gown on behalf of the graduating student, the students need to provide their ID card, student number, and major.
- Photo walls and backdrops will be installed during the rental period.
- Please note that the registration is not a first-come, first-served basis event.
- In case of lost or damaged gowns, the corresponding fee may be charged:

Traditional bachelor’s degree gown set: 132,000 won
Traditional master’s degree gown set: 179,000 won
