Electronic Dissertation Submission Guide-Aug. 2026 Graduation(Submission Period June 15 – July 3, 2026)

1. Submission Schedule

Submitting an incomplete draft and revising afterward is strictly prohibited and will not be accepted as meeting the deadline.


2. Contact & Support

3. Submission Your Electronic File

Period: June 15 (Mon), 2026, 00:00 – July 3 (Fri), 2026, 17:00
Platform: dCollection SKKU (log in with your Kingo Portal ID/PW)
Format: PDF only
Before you submit, please note:
- Your electronic file must be the final version and must exactly match your printed copy. Revisions after submission are not permitted.
- Leave the committee signature/seal fields blank in the dissertation approval page.
-  Submission status updates will be sent to you by email.
-  If you have multiple enrollment statuses, make sure your account is set to Graduate Degree Candidate before submitting.

4. Submission Your Printed Copy

Period: After your electronic file status shows "Processing Complete" → by July 14 (Tue), 2026, 17:00
Location: #32212, Science Building 2 (College of Science Office)


Required documents:
- Dissertation: 3 copies (Law Master's: 4 copies / Law Doctoral: 5 copies)
- Content Consistency Confirmation: 1 copy
- Electronic Submission Confirmation: 1 copy
- Public Disclosure Deferral Application (if applicable)

Please note:
- Only one copy needs to bear the committee members' original signatures/seals.
- Submitting photocopies is recommended; keep the original for your records.

5. Processing & Turnaround

Dissertations are processed in order of receipt. Priority processing is not available.
Standard turnaround is within 1 business day, but delays may occur near the submission deadline.
