제목: Advances and Future Directions of Machine Learning for MOFs
초록: Metal–Organic Frameworks (MOFs) are a highly versatile class of functional materials with applications in gas storage, carbon capture, separation, catalysis, and sensing, yet their vast structural and chemical design space poses a major challenge for efficient discovery. Recent advances in machine learning have significantly accelerated MOF research, evolving from property prediction based on experimental or simulated data to generative models that propose new structures, data-efficient approaches that operate under limited information, and language-based systems that extract and reason over knowledge embedded in the literature. This seminar reviews the progression of machine learning techniques applied to MOFs and highlights emerging paradigms in which artificial intelligence moves beyond prediction toward structure generation and human–AI collaboration, reshaping how materials discovery and design are conducted.
