2024학년도 1학기 자연과학대학 논문제출자격시험응시(면제) 일정 및 신청방법을 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

[화학과 안내사항]
1) 외국어 시험 신청시 '시험응시/면제구분'에서 선택 후 신청 완료됩니다
2) 외국어 시험 응시 및 면제는 1기부터 신청 가능
3) 공인어학성적 유효기간: 신청기간까지 유효한 경우 외국어시험 면제 가능
4) 전공시험 면제 신청:
1과목 면제: 면제받을 과목 신청 후 학과사무실로 연락
2과목 면제: 면제받을 과목 신청 후 논문 첫페이지 (학과사무실 ejbs10@skku.edu로 제출)
* 논문 증빙 미제출 또는 면제 관련 연락 없는경우 면제 처리 불가

* 전공과목은 2과목만 합격 또는 면제받으시면 됩니다.
* 면제 확인은 논문제출자격시험 결과 발표일 (4월 19일(금) 오후 예정)에 GLS에서 확인 가능합니다.

1. 시험 일시: 4월 6일(토)
2. 신청기간: 3월 4일(월)~7일(목)

3. 신청방법 (매뉴얼 참조)
- GLS→ 신청/자격관리 → 시험신청 → 논문제출자격시험 응시/면제 신청
- 모바일→ 정보광장(GLS) → 학적 → 논문제출자격시험 응시/면제 신청
※ 시험 면제를 희망하는 경우에도, GLS에서 반드시 신청해야 합니다.

4. 시험장소(venue): 고사실은 추후 'GLS>논문제출격시험신청내역>시험시간표'에서 확인 (3월 말, 조회 가능)

5. 안내 사항  
가. 지참물: 학생증 또는 주민등록증(운전면허증), 흑색의 필기구(볼펜, 샤프, 연필 등)
나. 고사장별 출입구에 부착된 지정 좌석표를 확인 후 착석(책상별 부착된 스티커 확인 필요)
다. 시험 교시는 외국어시험(0교시)/전공시험(1교시 ~ 4교시)으로 총 5교시로 구성


※ 유의 사항
가. 아래 항목 중 하나라도 해당사항이 있을 경우 시험을 응시하지 마시기 바랍니다.
1) 최근 14일 이내에 확진자와 접촉하였거나 접촉한 것으로 의심되는 경우
2) 발열, 호흡기 증상 등 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증 의심 증상이 있는 경우
나. 발열 체크 중 고열 시, 귀가조치 됨
다. 고사장 건물 내 음식 섭취가 불가하오며, 병에 담긴 물을 제외한 음식물은 건물 외부 공간에서만 섭취 가능

Qualifying Exam for graduate students will be given on the following schedule.

■ Qualifying Exam (Foreign Language Exam)

1. Eligibility: All Students
2. Requirements: Refer to the attached file.
3. Application Period: March 4 ~ March 7.
※ please make sure to apply within the deadline.

4. How to Apply

1) Apply
Login GLS ▶ Go to “신청/자격관리>시험신청>논문제출자격시험 응시/면제신청”
▶ Select the “제1외국어과목” Tab ▶ Select the exam(year and semester)
▶ Select the "apply exam"(대학/학과 자체 시험응시) ▶ Click the “접수 신청”

2) Exemption
Login GLS ▶ Go to “신청/자격관리>시험신청>(*)논문제출자격시험 응시/면제신청”
▶ Select the “제1외국어과목” Tab ▶ Select the exam(year and semester)
▶ Select the "exemption"(면제신청(어학성적, 해외학위취득 등))
▶ Enter “TEST Name(면제시험과목)”, “Score(최종점수)” or “Rating(등급코드), “TEST date(취득일)”
▶ Upload the certificate(면제증빙 서류 첨부) ▶ Click the “접수 신청”

※ If you are applying for exemption, please be sure to upload a valid official test certificate.

5. Exam Schedule : can check it in GLS later (end of March)

■ Qualifying Exam (Major)
1. Eligibility: All Students
① Master's Course: students who obtained minimum 15 credits with Min. GPA of B (3.0)
② Doctoral Course: students who obtained minimum 27 credits with Min. GPA of B (3.0)
③ Combined Master's & Doctoral: students who obtained minimum 39 credits with Min. GPA of B (3.0)

2. Application Period: March 4 ~ March 7.
